Reverse Interview

A reverse interview is a hiring tactic where the traditional roles are flipped: the job candidate takes the lead to interview the employer. Instead of just answering questions, the candidate asks detailed questions to evaluate the company’s culture, leadership, and daily operations to ensure a mutual fit.

The list is a filtered, modified version of Viraptor/Reverse Interview for the context of Bangladesh.
